And, yes, I have some blog candy for you too but you have to leave me a comment below!! Just like Trick or Treat!! Tell me what your favorite Halloween costume was when you were growing up. I think mine was dressing up like a hobo. I loved Halloween growing up, didn't you? There was always one house in the neighborhood that gave away caramel apples and we would make sure we went there before she ran out. Too bad you can't do that in this day and age. I feel sorry for all the kids in the northeast today that won't be able to go Trick or Treating.
My blog candy is a jar of Melon Mambo Embossing Powder, a spool of Raspberry Ripple Ribbon, a chip-board clipboard and this card below made with the Ornaments Bundle that was on sale this month. We will be drawing for the prizes next week so stay tuned!

I don't know about you but I have been watching the news coverage about "Sandy" non-stop. My heart goes out to the people in New York and New Jersey. We got a call today from the Red Cross to see if we are available to deploy. Unfortunately, I have a lot going on in the next couple of weeks so I can't go at this time. I imagine they will be needing people for a while and maybe we'll be needed later.
OK - now leave a comment and go visit the other blogs!

I like your card!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win that Beautiful card! Thank you so much for the chance to win. My favorite halloween costume as a kid was a garbage bag with a green pointy hat and then my Mom hung Christmas ornaments off of me and called me a Christmas tree. Gotta give a single Mom credit it was creative.
ReplyDeleteSharon,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for being a Design Team Member on the Paper Craft Crew! I can't tell you how much I appreciate your digital prowess :)... Again, Thank You.
Great card and love the color combo! Need to work with MDS more, it can be quite challenging but creates some great stuff!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this card. You do amazing things with MDS!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great color combo. Your card is so inspirational.
ReplyDeleteWhere I come from we don't have Halloween. So I never dressed up on that day. ( but we do have carneval and there I loved to dress up like a princess)
My favorite Halloween costume was being a ghost. Your card is very pretty. I like the color combos!
ReplyDeleteGreat digital creation Sharon. Love the colours that you have used.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Halloween costume
ReplyDeletewas dressing up as
a fairy with a
glittery crown and a wand.
I love your pretty card. Can't wait to try one with those ornaments.
My favourtie Halloween costume was a gypsy with the hoop (fake) earrings and scarf and long skirt.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! I love the banner.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! You've used my favorite color combination!
ReplyDeleteHi Sharon!
ReplyDeleteI have never been to your blog before, but you are very talented for sure. I love your take on the sketch -- especially the stamp set you used!! I don't even remember seeing this set before, but I "have to" have it!!

I forgot to tell you my favorite halloween costume. It was also a hobo and I got to wear it in a parade.
ReplyDeleteYour card is so cute! bbiswabic@new.rr.com
ReplyDeleteGreat MDS2 Card Sharon! Love the colors you've chosen! Great blog candy too! Best of luck!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
SharonF
I love the rich feeling of your card. Great colors and layout. I don't remember any of my costumes growing up but when my kids were little I made a really cute devil costume. Both boys were able to wear it.
ReplyDeleteRed, black and white is one of my very favorite color combos, and this card is super. Wish I'd practiced more with my MDS software because I just don't use it. Couldn't have been too impressed with any of my Halloween costumes because I can't remember any in particular…but that was years ago. Thanks for the chance at your wonderful blog candy, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteGreat MDS project!!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite costume was dressing up as a two-headed monster with a friend :)
